All the practices, processes, and items we use are designed to work in harmony with Nature, the Body, and to support healthy cell production. Each page will highlight how this synergy amplifies the results.

Synergy means that when combined, the effects are greater than the sum of the parts—1+1=3 or more. 

We refer to these as the Natural Principles of Life.

I don’t take lightly the subjects we discuss here. These practices have not only healed me, but I continue to use them every day to maintain a healthy, balanced life. For years, I studied these principles—observing others, reading books, watching documentaries, and collecting anecdotal evidence—before I even started applying them myself.


When I finally did, I experimented with my friends and family, and the results were incredible. This journey led me to create The Ninja Cup and the Upward Spiral of Self-Improvement.


We follow a simple yet powerful set of principles, aligned with living a loving, peaceful, and abundantly healthy life. From there, we build the life of our dreams.


Balance is the answer, and knowledge is the key.


The principles and practices we bring to light become actions, actions turn into habits, and those habits shape a lifestyle that nourishes a healthy body and mind. It all begins with the principle of Self-Care and Knowledge of Self—because we must first be full ourselves before we can fill up others.


Remember: You are the creator of your universe.

My Journey to Healthy living

  Hello, I’m Shawn Shymanski, also known as The Cannabis Ninja and Creator of The Ninja Cup. As a minimalist, I’ve applied this philosophy to every area of my life, which led me to discover Natural Principles and Practices for a healthy lifestyle.


I’m deeply educated through experience in Cannabis, Nutrition, Meditation, and more. My lifelong mission has been to uncover the Truths of Life.

For many years, I lived the Standard American Life (SAL), eating the Standard American Diet (SAD). That all changed when I experienced life-threatening seizures at the age of 30—an event that almost took me off this planet.


At that moment, I knew it was time to fully embrace everything I’d learned about Cannabis and Nutrition. I began living a healthier, more mindful life and committed to weaning off prescription medications (RX) and abandoning the toxic Standard American Diet.


And it worked.


I’ve now been seizure-free and prescription-free for 10 years, feeling healthier and more vibrant than I did in my 20s. Through this journey, I’ve learned that health is a consistent practice. It requires a delicate balance of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual strength.


The Upward Spiral of Self-Improvement is the culmination of my lifetime of research and the last decade of actions I’ve taken to reclaim my health.

My Continued Path

 Why stop a good thing? Cannabis, Nutrition, and Meditation are the pillars of my daily life. I meditate every day, follow the core guidelines of my nutritional program, and consume enough cannabis to remain seizure-free. 

My Upward Spiral of Self-Improvement is an ongoing process, and I’m continually refining myself and the information I take in every day.

Now, 10 years seizure-free, I feel younger and healthier than I did when I was 25.


And now, I get to share what I’ve learned with you!


I created simple Personal Transformation Outlines and the Upward Spiral of Self-Improvement to help clear the negative blocks that were holding me back. This clarity revealed my true mission and gave me the freedom to enhance my own journey in a positive direction.


Today, I’m living my happiest and most productive life, and my hope is that these tools can do the same for you!
